Leaving behind the warmth of the Caribbean, he sets off with dreams of promise—but soon finds himself separated from his beloved wife, Annie, and young son, Michael. In London’s cold, unfamiliar streets, Winston struggles not only to adjust to a new life but also with the aching distance between him and his family.

Amidst these trials, he forms an unexpected bond with Patrick Mulligan, an Irishman facing his own battle for belonging. Together, they find strength in their shared dreams and unwavering determination, proving that even in the loneliest of places, hope and friendship can ignite a sense of community.
